you can not download grade android version its impossible

manual downgrade is possible with Samsung ODIN/ Download mode and No issues , except you will be notified to upgrade the OS again

carefull about app compatibility as some apps at certain point stops supporting old android versions

I would say that it's better not to downgrade the software version of your device. Keep your device always upto date.
