it will never get any os upgrades because of it processor and it can hardly get security patches in future

but it's necessary immediately for a software update for Samsung Galaxy Tab J max. Because phone is very slow.

I just can't understand why this sweet model is being neglected from every point of view. what's the problem of the processor of Samsung Galaxy Tab J max to get an update?

I purchased it on July 2017 for 11900. So why this model is now outdated?

Finally Samsung Galaxy J Max tab is not usable anymore as it is not having an option to upgrade to Android version 6 or above. IMobile app (from ICICI) is required Android 6 or above. That means I can't do my banking operations by using this tab. 

Pathetic service from samsung mobile :(
