Reality is they don't have knowledge about the limitations of the hardware in their budget devices.

Having latest Software is not good/worth enough.

someone please help me
I am suffering badly by using Samsung A8+ 2018.There occurs a problem whenever I call anybody, I will be able to listen to his sound but he can't be able to hear me.I tried using headphones but failed.then I used Samsung level headphones connected by Bluetooth, it worked.but without using the headphones, the problem persists.please help

it might be hardware related issue (Speaker & Headphone jack )....
you should visit your nearest service centre.
