Root Problem

For some reason s health is showing my phone is rooted and is not opening.

Edit - (Samsung Apps like s pay, s pay mini, s health will not work because Knox security is triggered due to system modification)

Though i didnt do any system data change.

I didnt root my phone and when i check in root checker, it showed me this

Your phone is rooted by somebody go and catch him he had rooted but because of the proble of some super su# the has been not rooted successfully if you don't know what does i mean go to a shop that can load software or goto a samsung service centre for software

bro, i bought this phone freshly 1 year ago. i knew the reason why it happened probably, but i need to fix it without rooting and then unrooting.
and btw the default root checker app will show the same message as the stock android phone would, so if you are considering that then am sorry

go to your device setting and then about phone then statue and then device status check the status is official or not
