Regarding android 11 upgrade

Hi sirs,

For Samsung j7 pro still we are in android 9 & IUI version 1.1 for past 1 year.

When will we get the upgrade for android 10 or 11.

Please do the needful.

You will not get it as ,you have already recieved android 8 and android 9,only 2 updates.
