I use J7 prime...
My problem is that when I want to use a live walpaper the ask me to download new lunchar.
After downloading lunchar I can't uninstalled it from my phone.
Then I need to resat data factory.
Even I can't use the lunchar easily than before.

When you set a launcher to default, you can't uninstall it. You have to change the launcher back to stock one, then you can uninstall the previous launcher.

then apps
then default apps
change default home

Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Lock screen & Security >> Other Security Settings >> Device Administrator >> Deactivate the Launcher and then uninstall.
