My device is J7 Pro. It fails to recognize my fingerprint. I have to register the fingerprint again in every 2 or 3 days. Any idea what could be causing this? Or is anyone else facing this issue?

None of my friends are facing such issues with their MI or OnePlus devices.

Hey Admin, thank you for the troubleshooting steps. But could you please explain how this factory reset thing is linked to my problem? I would like to know if taking all that time and efforts to take the backup and reset thing is worth the shot or not.
