Oreo update rollover

Samsung testing Pie on S9, but unable to give Oreo to Samsung J7 Pro. What is the issue??? Anyone knows??

S9 is a flagship man...And yeah Other J7 pro users are alreading receiving Oreo ...i dont know whats the problem with ur device

@PK610 where are your from? In India not a single J7Pro device has received Oreo update. So, the problem is not with our devices. The problem is with Samsung India.

But many low end phones already received Oreo. So J7 Pro is getting neglected. And yes @PK610 no j7 pro received Oreo in India.

not sure about that also. There is very less chance to get oreo as pie testing for S series and Note series are on high priority

u saying like thers only 1 developer that is working on s9 pie and ignoring other devices 😤 updates don't work like u want them to be ... just be patience or go live in Vietnam for quick updates

thr is some sort of serious bug due to which problems are in sensors and touch response .
maybe that is why samsung india is not rooling out oreo for j7 pro.
once the log files are solved i mean bugs are solved oreo will be rolled out in india for j7 pro.
