OTG connectivity issue can be due to use of non-Samsung OTG cable. Samsung recommends you are using Samsung original OTG cable.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the OTG connectivity issue:
> Check by connecting another OTG cable.
> Perform Reset Settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Settings)
> Enable the USB debugging option (Go to Settings--> Software info--> press 7 times on build number--> Developer option enable--> Developer option--> USB debugging-->Enable it.
> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue
