OTG is not supported on my Galaxy J8

With my galaxy j8 i can't connect with my pc.

Every time i am trying to connect the phone with my pc but it only charge the phone, didn't support the otg function.

Please someone help me to come out from the trouble.

Go to Settings--> Software info--> press build number multiple times until developer options are available--> Default USB Configuration--> Select Transferring files. It should enable the file sharing.

Hi there,

OTG connectivity issue can be due to use of non-Samsung OTG cable. Samsung recommends you are using Samsung original OTG cable.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the OTG connectivity issue:

> Check by connecting another OTG cable. 

> Perform Reset Settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Settings)

> Enable the USB debugging option (Go to Settings--> Software info--> press 7 times on build number--> Developer option enable--> Developer option--> USB debugging-->Enable it.

> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue

When I want to connect wireless keyboard and mouse through a OTG , samsung J8 is not connecting it to the Keyboard ... WHY does it not support OTG connection ?
