Network Lock!

hello! I bought my phone
last month in India it's j7 Max and I live in Ghana in West Africa! when I Insert Ghana sim my phone says it's network locked!! I went to a Samsung show room near my house they said they can't do anything!! can u guys help me with my problem???

you just call to your SIM network operator and ask PUK Code then enter
