If you've locked your Galaxy J6 through Find My Mobile and forgotten the password, you've got a few options to reset your phone.

Option 1: Factory Reset via Settings
1. Go to *Settings* > *General Management* > *Reset* > *Factory data reset*.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

Option 2: Factory Reset via Hardware Buttons
1. Charge your phone's battery to at least 50%.
2. Turn off your phone.
3. Press and hold the *Volume Up*, *Power*, and *Home* buttons simultaneously.
4. Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears.
5. Use the volume buttons to navigate to *Wipe data/factory reset* and press the *Power* button to select.

Option 3: Remote Factory Reset via Find My Mobile
1. Go to the *Find My Mobile* website and sign in with your Samsung account.
2. Select your device and click *Erase data*.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

Remember to remove your Google account from your device before selling or giving it away to prevent Factory Reset Protection (FRP) issues.

Sorry to hear.If Samsung centre can't fix them then seek a third party to fix the phone.
