Galaxy JOption 1: Factory Reset via Settings
1. Go to *Settings* > *General Management* > *Reset* > *Factory data reset*.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
Option 2: Factory Reset via Hardware Buttons
1. Charge your phone's battery to at least 50%.
2. Turn off your phone.
3. Press and hold the *Volume Up*, *Power*, and *Home* buttons simultaneously.
4. Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears.
5. Use the volume buttons to navigate to *Wipe data/factory reset* and press the *Power* button to select.
Option 3: Remote Factory Reset via Find My Mobile
1. Go to the *Find My Mobile* website and sign in with your Samsung account.
2. Select your device and click *Erase data*.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
Remember to remove your Google account from your device before selling or giving it away to prevent Factory Reset Protection (FRP) issues.
