Galaxy J1. Go to Settings> Connections> Mobile Networks> Access Point Names (Settings position may vary), Then select your sim card and click on the 3 dot menu in the right top corner and the click reset to default.
2. Try seleting a Network Operator manually in Settings> Connections> Mobile Networks> Network Operators (Settings position may vary).
3. Turn On airplane mode and the turn it off after 5 to 10 seconds.
4. Restart your device.
5. Try removing and inserting the sim card.
If none of the above worked then try,
1. Contacting your Network Service Provider/ Network Operator.
2. In case the problem is not in the network, then take your phone to a nearby service center and get it fixed.
Hope the answer helped you. Kindly Accept solution if it worked.
