Ya, I know this sounds strange but it's really occurring with me...When I'm charging the phone it does not connect to Wi-Fi network and not even mobile data. And when I remove it from charging then it connects to network. Can anyone tell me why it is happening with me?
Have your phone ever opened up , took apart or even had any incident with heavy impact like falling? it it was... this might be a short, internal damage or something like that... it might be something with antennas too. It most likely will not be a software bug but however hand it over to a trusted service center.

Go to Settings
Select General management
Select Reset
Select Reset network settings
Select Reset settings
Select Reset to confirm
You'll need to register your Wi-Fi again
Go to Settings
Select Connections
Select Wi-Fi
Select the Wi-Fi network you were connected to
Re-enter the password
Select Connect
