Multi Window Not Working in J8

Multi window is not working in my phone (Samsung J8). 

Could someone help me fix this.

just do one thing make a factory reset in your phone if this process still doesn't work then simply try to go to the service centre and just described the problem

ok. I will try factory reset.
But I guess it stopped working after I updated system settings.

Hey, I tried factory reset also but still I can't see multi window.
I think, the new update of system settings doesn't provide it.

Yes. In my case also, I don't see multi window after system update.

There's split screen & pop-up view instead of multi window after pie update.
