J7 problem

hello guys my j7 is taking unusually long time to charge...can anybody tell me what could be the problem...and how to solve this...screenshot attached

its normal bro j7 dosnt support fast charging so it is taking that much time, and if you use your phone during charging simply dont use it during charging time.

same pro with me bro change the charging cable i fix it to change cable

it gives n msg that unotherised software is installed on your device..

what I do..??
