J7 prime app crashing

continuously crashing this game and i did everything you said. my phone is new and have 20 GB space free.. and i have only 2 games in mobile.. first one is clash of clan and second one is GTA :SA and both app is continuously crashing.. and for your information i didnt download any third party application . so dont blame its my problem its your phone problem although in Gionee f103 this game is perfoming very well. i dont know why sumsumg are cheating us by giving 3GB ram or snapdragon process . this all things are worst if a game cant be played and hanging problem is become a normal issue for all sumsung users . Please contact me i am so serious about this issue
