Is anyone using Always On Display? The feature is beautiful but how much battery does it consume? Is it worth using?

no its good.... i am using it.... and its easy to check time or any notifications..... instead of turn on the screen

I noticed there is something wrong with AOD. There is noticeable backlight on the whole screen.
So for this moment AOD is completely unusable feature as it is draining the battery and is aesthetically unbearable in dark environment condition.
As far as I know this problem is not new and a lot of users are affected by this bug. Will Samsung engineers finally solve this major bug or just ignore users and pretend there's nothing wrong with their smartphones?

that isnt the backlight...its the brightness of on leds reflected by off led

im using aod but there was no problem as mentioned above..
the charge is decreasing soo badly 1% for 2 hours.
for amoled screen its true black and i cant fi d the backlight.
AOD is good.

Thanks everyone for yr valueable feedback. After all Samsung is a good brand & trustworthy. But only God knows why Samsung phones are laggy in spite of being so costly.

Samsung price bahut jyada rakhte hai & specs bahut kam dete hai mobile pe. Isliye Redmi note 5 pro & Asus Zenfone max ne samsung ka bazar bigad dia.
