Regional Software developer teams doesn't release any update or develop any update for any country, regional software development teams only developes monthly security updates in collaboration with Google, Os upgrades are only developed and released by Samsung Turkey to various regions and countries. So please Stop Misbehaving and Abusing Samsung India Developer team for not providing Oreo for your phones. They can only develop Security updates which they already released for J7 Pro, so please wait for Oreo update for J7 Pro and stay calm. It will definitely release Os upgrade for your phone in near future.
