My J7 Max recently brought after recent automatic system upgrade started hanging specifically when I am unlocking phone thorugh pattern screen.. it happens all the time now... even when i press home button and swipe on screen it could not reach to patter screen and got hang ... please help for solution

i hve also hve j7 max its run smooth n fantastic. no hang nothing even its been more than 1 year dude i think u got a wrong device walk into service centre.

- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, the relevant department will serve you better, if you can provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
