Sometimes both fingerprint scanner and facial detection not reposnding at all even after cleaning it properly.
It's definitely a bug. Samsung plz solve this issue.

open settings and remove fingerprints and Face id and add them again, then it will work. once try it...

- Re-register the device lock screen.
- Please run your device in safe mode.

but I can doing that safe mode and reset my device but not Useful Sir j7max Users suffering from a problem

fingerprints lock is not working properly... for unlocking with fingerprints i have to try 10times.
