Thank you for Joining Samsung community. We would recommend taking some troubleshooting steps to further isolate what you may be experiencing.
1) Check the internal memory. Go on Device Settings>>System>>Storage (Atleast 20% free internal memory would be recommended)
2) Clear the RAM Memory & Backgroud Applications (Long press the middle key-Task Manager - Clear RAM Memory) Or with new devices ask customer to “Tap” on Recent App Key to stop the background running applications.
3) Some 3rd Party Application from Play Store or any other Unknown sources might also result in Phone Freezing.(Run Safe Mode)
4) Antivirus Application might also result in Phone Freezing/Hang as they run in always run in the backgroud. Same needs to be checked.
5) Check by removing the Micro SD Card (if available in the device)
6) Consumers must avoid the usage of 3rd Party Accessories with the device (Like Charger, USB Cable etc)
7) "Power Saving" Or "Ultra Power Saving" Mode enabled while using some heavy application or Smart Feature might also render slow performance (Disable it)
😎 Periodic Software Update through FOTA , SMART SWITCH or Smart Tool is intended to improve the device life as well.
9) If still Issue is not resolved then ask customer to take Data back up & Factory Reset the device.
10) We would request you to visit your nearby service center if the issue still persists, you can search the service center at http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation/
