Unfortunately I deleted some of my inbuilt files in my internal storage of Samsung J5 prime..Those files were actually supporting files for some apps..how can I retrieve them back? please help me..

you have to factory reset it its the only option and also if you have done a backup previously you can retrieve.

Btw, supporting files for your apps are not kept in the internal memory. It is kept in the root memory that you don't have access to... So I don't know what are you even talking about.

Thanks for part of Samsung community. We would like to inform you that if you had already configured Recycle bin in your device then it is possible to recover delete data. Kindly follow the given steps mention below for overcome issue:
Navigate to apps > gallery > three dots at right side corner > recycle bin > tap on deleted data > restore (if data is available). Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
