Galaxy JEven if it doesn't work then perform "Wipe cache partition" from recovery mode and then try. Even not, perform a factory reset on your device. Even not, then take your device for servicing to Samsung authorised service centre.

1. Check app cache:-
Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
