Just cleared data and cache.

I think it started when I updated Google play services. Now I can't go back to previous version.
If anyone has J7 16 send me version of play services. Mine is v20.24.14 (040306-319035315)

To find your version (Galaxy J7 16 users required)

On your phone, click this link to go to the Play Store.

Edit
• Opted out from Beta tester program
• Disabled Google Find my Phone form Device admin apps. That made Play services to show Disable Icon App settings.
• updated app in play store.
• Google pay services back online.

Thank you guys for your support.

Google Pay is often a bit picky with new versions of Android or Google play services, specifically when it comes to the NFC payment solution baked into the app. This is for the sake of security, so it’s understandable when early versions of Android or beta testers those with compromised security measures can’t run Google Pay.

Looks like you have enrolled for beta testing on Google Play Services.

Go to google play service permission settings turn off Telephone permissions, it will ask to not turn off but you do it off then open, then open google pay and re try you will get OTP after that RE turn on Telephone permission. Remember to turn it on again.
