Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. The issue which has occurred in your device requires binary updates and the same is already escalated to R&D team for rectification. Soon you will get binary update for the same via FOTA. I.e.
Menu> Settings> About Device> Software Update> Auto Update> Enable it.

The issue of binary update for my device j7 2015 is still not recd. When will your R&D team rectify this. your reply on 21.2.17 is still solved. escalate to your seniors and rectify urgently and send latest patch firmware
