Flipboard Briefing Function No Longer!

I have a J7 Pro (SM-J730F).

Android Version 9

If I swiped right on the Home screen the Flipboard Briefing would appear.

That has now disappeared.

I have tried 'pinching' the Home screen to toglle the briefing button - but there is no toggle button.

Is it possible to get it back?
