I bought Samsung Galaxy j7 prime in 2018 or 19. I don't know clarity. Upto 2023 December software updates has been available for my mobile. Can anyone solve. 😥😥

J7 would not be getting anymore updates. If you want to enjoy latest android buy a new model phone
