Charging problem

I have problem of charging my J7 prime.Its takes almost 4 hours to charge the phone. My phone is just 4 months old. And problem getting started. Any solution for this. I have taken samsung phone after lots of saving. And in just a 4 month this problme started.

do not tell reset app preferences or run it a factory reset better give update so problem will be solved
