Battery Problem

I updated my Phone software,after then my phone battery backup down,why it happens.
I'm very worried.

press and hold three buttons power +home + volume up at the same time
then after there is option of fomat and clear catch

when i do this process..google help open..i just need what could we do then throwback to my before battery backup....

just format your phone

do fully factory reset
all the problem will solve
