Battery Problem

My device's battery charges very slow while charging above 88%. And it takes so much time in charging above 88%. Plz solve this problem.

I use original Samsung charger while charging....and i followed your standard charging procedure..but i didn't get any help by your suggestions.

Plz tell me any other procedure to fix this problem.

And still Battery drains too fast after charging the device...plz fix this problem
