Battery Issue

I was using my j7 2015,at that time,battery percentage was 60.After that i restarted my phone and then battery percentage came to 30. why??

how should I improve it??

first completely charge to 100 % then completely discharge to 0 untill device gets switch off then charge to 100 % in off condition continuous.
