I am not being able to update EMAIL app. I am also not being able to install SAMSUNG MEMBERS app on my device Samsung Galaxy J Max SM-T285YD 👈 model number. I am also not getting any software update since last updated 2018. Please solve my problems. Bringing attention to Samsung developers. It's noticed to me while I am going to update Email or to install SAMSUNG MEMBERS app ' YOUR DEVICE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION '. I purchased from Samsung CALCUTTA showroom on July 2017 for Rs. 11900 /-. It's still running on Lalipop version while other J series are getting android 10 version. The sellers should have informed me earlier that you would not be able to update Samsung email &install SAMSUNG MEMBERS app. And you would not any software update after 2018. I could easily buy Samsung Galaxy J 6 or J8 in exchange for the same amount which I spent for Galaxy J Max. Please solve my problem.
