If it is a j7 prime 2 will get pie or else probably you won't because Samsung only pushes two OS upgrades from the OS your device is shipping with. If your device was on Android 7 out of the box then you could get pie if it was with android 6 you probably won't get android 9, you're limited to Android 8👍.
