how to update one ui 7 in beta to normal one ui 7

You'll get the stable version when it's out; just download it like everyone else on One UI 6. It'll be a smaller update, and you'll automatically switch from beta to stable.

The last Beta closer update is stable version of One UI 7.0 update so nothing to do by you. Which is already released to your device. So please don't bothered now.
