Can anyone help me this update is stuck on 14% since yesterday what can i do?

I'm feared of software crash and green lines what should I do?

It took me 3 hours to download update and after update got green line issue on screen.

Is it true?

Totally.. now samsung support is just showing their incompetence to retain customers and accept their mistake. You need to be pursuant
