How to REMOVE confirmation message of moving to recycle bin?

Every time I try to delete a picture, it asks for a confirmation to move it to recycle bin. I do not want it as it is slowing down my productivity for months. It is damaging. 

I've asked this question before but I didn't get any help. 

How to remove this confirmation box?

I think you are right. Want an option to configure for it. Recycle bin preffer or not preffer

You're saying how to turn off recycle bin.

I'm asking how to turn off "confirmation box". Regardless of disabling recycle bin, "confirmation dialogue box" will still be there and it'll be risky.
