Hi everyone,
I recently bought the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (4 days ago) and I thought to give it's camera a try with video shoot in today's morning walk (with ample sunlight for cameras). I have been experiencing an issue with the video recording quality.
When I shoot videos in 4K 60fps, the videos appear grainy and do not look like true 4K quality, despite recording in good sunlight during the morning.

Has anyone else faced this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it? I've attached some video shots for reference.

Also, I'd like know few things:-
1. What camera sensor does it use to shoot 4k 60fps videos ?
2. I have an update which is pending to be downloaded. Has updating the device solved the issue? I have been reading about battery drainage issues in July 2024's patch.

My device's current software:
Build number: S918BXXS3CXD2
Security patch level: 1st April 2024.

Update available to download:
Build Number : S918BXXS6CXFC
Android version : U(Android 14)
Release Date : 2024-07-15
Security patch level : 2024-07-01

Also, how is the current NEW update like? Good or facing issues?

I don't think there is a problem in the video quality. It seems perfectly alright. It looks so as you are shooting opposite the Sun.

Hello Samsung team,

I recently purchased the S23 Ultra and have encountered an issue when shooting videos at 60FPS. The videos exhibit glitches during the recording process. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter, as such issues are unexpected in a premium segment phone. Pls note, this portal does not allow to add video for reference.
Thank you for your attention to this matter
