Go to settings, search fast charging and turn it on. If still not work that means you are using wrong cable or charger with your samsung device. I use official samsung original charger as well as samsung original cable for faster charging. Look this screen shots i shared. Sometimes it shows superfast charging and some time shows only charging that does not mean it is slow don't worry.
