A52s5g Back panel issue - Photos for those who asked for proof.

So, my phone is in pristine condition and yet the backpanel is bulging out. The device is just 8 months old. I believe that this is a gluing issue rather than a battery trouble.

Also the mrwhose video, I noticed all those devices were inactive devices I think.(kept in a room untouched, but anyway their battery bulged up coz of decaying electrolytes 😮☹️)

Bro, I too have the exact issue. 3 days ago I watched YouTube video by Mrwhoestheboss  where he stated about new global issue with Samsung Device. And so Out of Curiosity I checked my device too. I was shocked to see that back cover has started peeling off and so immediately took the phone to the service centre. As soon as told the staff there that my phone's back cover is peeling off automatically ; They lashed me with 2 statements.

1. This problem/ phone doesn't comes under warranty policy.

2. On asking them further to explain why it doesn't covers under warranty they said me that you have BEND YOUR PHONE. I was like have these people gone crazy or what.

Now, they totally rejected to listen me or even consider my phone and submit it to repair it. They simply rejected the case.

Next day, I contacted Samsung Authority via Twitter and Gmail and after few chats, one of the people from Samsung called me , listened me through my issues and experiences and just told me to wait for further information.

Bro, they have to fix it under warranty. Show them these posts on this platform. Many of us are having this issue. It's not due to you bending it but due to poor manufacturing quality.

If they are saying that it's due to bending, ask them to give the job sheet and give the reason of not covering under warranty in writing. Tell them that you are moving to consumer court. Also, take up the issue with the manager there. Or go to another service centre of Samsung.

I got mine fixed under warranty within 2 hours.

They just can't reject it. Ask them to give you the job sheet after checking your phone. Also, before submitting your device to them again, make a detailed video proof that your phone has no issues.
Ask them to show you the bend if they are still sticking on to that ridiculous claim.

Just ask them to re paste it under warranty. Got mine fixed.
