So, my phone is in pristine condition and yet the backpanel is bulging out. The device is just 8 months old. I believe that this is a gluing issue rather than a battery trouble.

These case are flooded on internet. Samsung needs to do some serious changes in manufacturing. It is not related to just one model but every model.. from below to ultra premium flagships. It is sad that we are paying hafty amount for this low quality.

Yes, and yet the service centers are like they are seeing this issue for the first time. I think they are taking in actors now as employees. They are doing an exceptional job at that.
We have to have debating skills to get things done.
I don't know what will they damage after fixing this simple issue.

I always hate to visit service centers, they always create new problems when I approach to fix one problem. Secondly they always find a way to void the warranty and blame us for mishandling.

Yeah, njn video kandu..may be this is also a battery issue. Enthayalum service center kanich nokam.. battery issue aanel athum warranty cover aakanamallo..but I heard that for changing battery they will delete all data.

Data powathe awar venel cheyyumarunnu but password matti kodukkan paranju..so I did back-up the data and did a factory reset before handing over the device to be on the safer side.
