I have exactly the same problem!!

Since I am not near a service center, my only options are send my phone away at my expense and be without a phone for 4 to 8 weeks.   Or live with it.

Considering I bought this direct from Samsung  and paid over $1400.00 for it, I WOULD EXPECT BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT! THE WARRENTY SUPPORT AT SAMSUNG HONESTLY,  **bleep**. ! I expected better from SAMSUNG.
