Galaxy FoldIt helps if you delete the current fingerprints and do the set up again.
Also, the 'Support' section on Samsung Members app (bottom right when you open the app), has 'Phone diagnostics'. Might br worth doing that too.

Kindly accept our apologies about this frustrated issue, kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the last software update. You should try to reset all the settings from the settings >General/ General management> Reset > Reset all settings. Otherwise, the phone should be checked by the service center directly.
