I purchase new mobile samsung galaxy f12, but there is no option seen on top, thatswhy i cant make video calls. Please provide solution for this problem

Were u using the sim in some previous phone with Volte enabled??

1st check your sim upgraded to 4G?
2nd your area have 4G network?
3rd check your 4G settings and volte settings in your mobile.

i purchasw new 4g sim, setting is ok, but still i cant connect video call directly by using default phone application

VoLTE and ViLTE is dependent on area basis. I also had same problem with my older phone

I'll say that you should update software or wait till airtel starts VoLTE in your area
