actually for this i thought its a problem  & i return my F62

" - The sound is due to the Camera Lens Barrel required to operate the Auto Focus function.

 

 If your device supports an Auto Focus function, the Camera module lens unit will be suspended over the image sensor. The auto focus adjusts by moving the lens unit up and down over the image sensor. This helps the Auto Focus speed and accuracy and also reduces battery usage. 

 

The camera module is fitted with a 'Stopper' to limit the lens movement within the camera module - when the lens and stopper touch (by shaking your device) a noise may occur. This is a normal operation of the camera. The sound made may differ slightly by device types and model.

is this same for F62 cause i noticed a spring like noise (sometime ignorable ) while video focusing on near object

if same for f62 when this sound occour only using camera video or anything else
 F62 purchase 2 times ..i have face networjing problem also...you should provide CA
i ,m going to purchase again but now it's from offline store.....so i fear if network & lagginesss problem come again what should i do...camera also not good as spesification due to optimixation of 9825 its getting hot also....just thought buy or not

pls answer for this sound occur problem

Yes it's normal while focusing on close objects with main lens.
