hey i had updated my samsung f 14 with one ui 7 . i have purchased it from flipkart in jan 2024 . it worked fine for almost 1.5 years. after updating with one ui 7 it keeps restarting again and agin without even touching power off on key showing only samsung galaxy logo powered by android.
 
what to do ..??

I have model samsung s10 lite and when I last updated my phone then just after updated display having vertical lines appearing on phone then after every week one by one many lines are appears on display , customer said no support for dis model

It's a major update reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

Note: Kindly use genuine Samsung charger.

1.Disable auto restart function, there are two methods to disable auto restart function:
Settings > General management > Reset > Disable Auto restart (if enabled).

If the issue has not been resolved, then follow;

2.If you are facing this issue after installing any new application, then uninstall that application:
Settings > Apps > desired app > Uninstall > OK.

3.If the issue is still not been resolved then, update software:
Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Tap on Download > Downloading updates > Tap on Install now
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

4.If the issue still persists, then reset the settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Tap on Reset > Tap on Reset settings.

5.If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:

IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.
• For this:
• Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tab on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Auto restart problem has been solved on its own.

Now I am facing serious issue with my Samsung Galaxy F14 . It is neither connecting to Wi-Fi nor detecting mobile network (SIM signal), Is it likely a hardware or firmware issue.

I have performed all kind of reset
all settings
-reset all settings
-reset mobile network settings
-reset wifi and Bluetooth settings
but nothing happens it wont connect via wifi or detect mobile network even after inserting sim properly in sim tray .

when i tap 'CONNECTIONS in setting it won't respond everything else in SETTINGS work fine.

What Should i do . what's the reason behind it..??

and it won't let me FACTORY RESET
and I am even unable to open recovery mode via pressing power and volume button
