Let's go step by step to troubleshoot this:

🔧 Step-by-Step Troubleshooting for "No Service" + Wi-Fi Calling Issue

1. Confirm Wi-Fi Calling is Still Active

Go to: Settings → Connections → Wi-Fi Calling

Make sure it’s turned ON

Set Preference to Wi-Fi, not Cellular

Restart your phone after confirming

2. Check SIM & Mobile Network Status

Go to: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks

Check if the correct SIM is selected for calls

Tap Network Operators → Search networks manually

Select your correct carrier

If it says "Unable to connect", there's an issue with the SIM or service

Also:

Try the SIM in another phone. If it still shows “No Service,” it’s a SIM or carrier issue.

3. Check for Airplane Mode / Network Reset

Make sure Airplane Mode is OFF

Try turning Airplane Mode ON → wait 10 seconds → turn OFF again

If nothing works, do a network reset:

Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset network settings

4. Update Software

Go to: Settings → Software Update → Download and Install

An outdated software version may disrupt network or Wi-Fi calling.

5. Clear Cache Partition (Does NOT delete data)

Power off your phone

Hold Power + Volume Up until the Samsung logo appears

Use volume keys to navigate to Wipe Cache Partition

Confirm with Power button

Reboot

This helps if software glitches are causing network issues.

6. Contact Carrier Support

If:

Wi-Fi is working

SIM is detected but no network at all

Worked before and suddenly stopped

Then it’s likely a carrier-side issue, such as:

SIM deactivated or suspended

VoWiFi profile removed

Network maintenance in your area

📞 Contact your mobile operator and ask:

“Is my SIM active and provisioned for Wi-Fi Calling and VoLTE?”

7. Test With Another SIM

Try inserting a different SIM (from the same or another carrier). If it shows service:

Your SIM is likely faulty

Or carrier settings are messed up

🛠️ Optional: Use Samsung Members App for Diagnostics

Open Samsung Members → Tap Get Help → Diagnostics

Run tests for SIM, Network, and Wi-Fi Calling

It might even give a suggestion or error code

🔚 If All Else Fails

If you’ve done all of the above and it still doesn’t work:

Backup your data and try a factory reset (as a last resort)

Visit a Samsung Service Center or your carrier’s support store

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● The Wi-Fi Calling feature may not be available depending on the country and carrier. Please check if the Wi-Fi is turned on and the SIM card inserted that supports the feature from the network provider.

● Follow the below steps to turn on Wi-Fi Calling:

● Turn on Wi-Fi Calling:
1. Go to Settings. Tap Connections, then tap Wi-Fi Calling.

2. Tap the switch to turn the feature on. If you see a popup asking for your emergency contact information, please enter it and tap Save. You need to be connected to Wi-Fi and have active service via a SIM or eSIM to enable Wi-Fi Calling.

3. Wi-Fi calling is now enabled. To turn it off, tap the switch again.

4. On some phones, you can also enable Wi-Fi Calling from the Quick settings panel. Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers, and tap the Wi-Fi Calling icon.

5. To update your emergency information later, go to Wi-Fi Calling and tap Emergency Address.

● Wi-Fi Calling settings:
1. You can set preferences for calls when your cellular network or Wi-Fi is unavailable.

2. Go to Settings, then tap Connections, then tap Wi-Fi Calling. On some carriers, you might need to tap Roaming network preference or When Roaming.

3. These settings are only available when Wi-Fi Calling is on: Calling Preference: Choose Wi-Fi calling or your cellular network. If your preferred network isn't available, the other will be used automatically.
Emergency address: Update the address your carrier has on file for emergency services.

● Trouble with Wi-Fi Calling?
● If Wi-Fi calling isn't working, check these things:

● Wi-Fi Connection: Make sure you're connected to a strong Wi-Fi network. Check the Wi-Fi icon in the Quick settings panel (swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers).

● SIM Card: Ensure your SIM card is inserted or your eSIM is active. Your address should be updated in case of emergencies. You can also check if your phone’s operating system supports the feature.

● If these steps don't help, contact your carrier.
Note: Wi-Fi Calling may not be available on all carriers or devices.

In case the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
