I'm very eagerly and anxiously waiting for Android 15, one ui 7 for my Samsung galaxy F14 5g .

Official date cannot be specified. Earlier as per notification sent it was June 2025. Samsung, for reasons known to them could not release in June. Thus you should expect one UI 7.0 this month.
