Dear Samsung Customer Support,

I am writing to inquire about the future software update plans for my Samsung Galaxy F23 5G smartphone. I currently have Android 14 and One UI 6.1 installed on my device.

Based on my understanding of Samsung's update policy, the Galaxy F23 5G is eligible for 4 years of OS updates and 5 years of security updates. Given that my device is currently running Android 14, I would like to know if it is scheduled to receive the upcoming Android 15 update.

If my device is not eligible for Android 15, I kindly request information on the reasons behind this and any alternative support or services that may be available to me.

There is no scope of 4 years updation. Samsung is making third class products ( Devices ) which can hardly work for only 10-12 months with so many issues. Consumers can't tolerate bogus , worthless devices more than 12 months . So please forget about 4 years updation. Better to move on Motorola, Mi, One plus, Oppo, Vivo which are making very good devices on reasonable price
