Unable to use clock style option on flip 4

I am unable to use clock style option on my flip 4. This option is only available when I put my phone on airplane mode. Can someone please tell me how to unlock my clock style option on cover screen in flip 4.

It will be very helpful if some tell me how to unlock that feature.

I agree, I too can't access the clock style option in my phone..can anyone share some knowledge on this.

Call on samsung support, then they will do some things on your phone, then you will able access the click style

For clock styles:

I found the solution and was very useful..

Check few things

Do not disturb option is off
Power saving mode
Turn off screen saver
Restart your device
Change theme
Disable roaming clock
Turn off lift to wake up
Clear cache/data of aod
Also check update of bixby routines(if you are using)
