Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Storage Share allows you to wirelessly transfer files between your Galaxy devices without needing external drives or cables.
.Enable Storage Share on your phone or tablet:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap on Connected devices.
3. Select Storage Share and tap the switch to turn it on.
. Enable Storage Share on your Samsung Galaxy Book:
1.On your Galaxy Book, click the Start menu.
2. Click on Samsung Settings.
3. Click on Connected devices.
4. Select Storage Share and tap the switch to turn it on.
5. Open File Explorer and select your phone from the left-side menu.
5. Tap Allow on your phone to connect.
6. You can now access your phone's files on your Galaxy Book.
Notes:
Ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and signed in to the same Samsung account.
Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Storage Share must be turned on for both devices.
This feature requires Galaxy phones with One UI 7 and Android 15 or higher, Galaxy Book2 or later (Intel), and Galaxy Book4 or later (Arm).
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
